Group fitness and boot camp training will strengthen your body on many levels. Increased lung capacity, a strong core and muscle toning to name a few. Todd’s creative classes make for a fun environment for all fitness levels. This one hour class will push your to be “Blackard Strong”!
For those that prefer a one-on-one session occasionally or at each session, Todd will create a unique program to fit your needs. His individual sessions are designed around machine weights, free weights, and cardio. Todd's sessions are fashioned to focus on specific needs and goals to assist his clients in living a healthy lifestyle.
